ההיסטוריה של FibroTest ושל BioPredictive אינה חורגת מכלל זה.

  • 2019 : השקת נאש-פיברוטסט

    NASH-FibroTest מוצע כתחליף ל- FibroMax וזמין בדיוק באותו אופן בפלטפורמה שלנו.

    NASH-FibroTest מורכב FibroTest, ActiTest, AshTest ודור חדש של בדיקות אבחון: NashTest 2 1 ו SteatoTest 2 2 .

    NASH-FibroTest מצוין עבור חולים עם הפטיטיס סטאטו לא אלכוהולי, אלא גם עבור חולים עם הפטיטיס ויראלי כרונית ו /או מחלה אלכוהולית.

    נאש-פיברוטסט שיפורים בשירות הרפואי:

    • בהתבסס על קונצנזוס היסטולוגי חדש 3 , המתעדכן מהגדרת NASH החדשה ועמידה בדרישות מערכת ניקוד SAF החדשה 4 .
    • אינו דורש ידע על מדד מסת הגוף (BMI). השימוש ב- BMI מוגבל על ידי השונות שלו בשל דיווח עצמי והירידה בגובה עם הגיל. איסוף המשקל והגובה עשוי להיות בעיה עבור בעלי העניין.
    • חזק יותר בחולים עם סוכרת מסוג 2.
    • חזק יותר בחולים עם המוליזה או תסמונת גילברט.

  • 2013 : הבדיקה הראשונה ששולבה עם אלסטוגרפיה (elastography)

    Elasto-FibroTest 5 היא בדיקת האבחון הראשונה עבור הכבד שמשלבת בין התוצאות שהתקבלו מבדיקת FibroTest-ActiTest לבין תוצאות בדיקת אלסטוגרפיה (elastography), ישירות מן הסמארטפון שלך.

  • 2003 : השקה בארה"ב

    בדיקת FibroTest הופכת לזמינה בארצות הברית, בהפצת LabCorp, תחת המותג FibroSure.

    כעבור כמה שנים, הבדיקות של BioPredictive הופצו על ידי המעבדות החשובות בצפון אמריקה.

  • 1996 : METAVIR

    סיווג METAVIR[ref:333, אשר מפריד את הלייפת (פיברוזיס) והפעילות בהערכה ההיסטולוגית (ביופסיה) מחומרת מחלת הכבד.

  • 1994 : אינדקס PSA

    הבדיקה הראשונה 11 עבור לייפת הכבד (hepatic fibrosis) המשלבת את סמני הדם הרגילים.

  • החדשנות מיושמת גם בגישה המדעית: שינוי משמעותי בהשוואה לביופסיית כבד 10 , שיטות ניתוח נתונים חדשות (METAVIR 12 ,היעדר של תקן-זהב מושלם 13 , האזור האפור של הביופסיה 14 , אפקט ספקטרום 15 ) וכן גישה סטטיסטית חדשנית ומחדשת באופן מתמיד (obuschoswki 16 , DANA 17 , השוואה ישירה על ידי רשתות בייסיאניות 18 )
  • בנוסף לאבחנה, לניבוי סיכונים באשר לסיבוכים הקשורים לכבד - כולל יתר לחץ דם שערי (portal hypertension) 19 וסרטן הכבד 20 - על מנת לזהות טוב יותר את התגובה ההולמת ביותר: FibroTest היא בדיקת הכבד הלא-פולשנית הראשונה המדגימה ערך מנבא משמעותי 21 .
  • FibroTest היא הבדיקה הראשונה שהוכיחה את יעילותה למטרות של בדיקות מיון המוניות לשחמת (צירוזיס) ומחלות כבד באוכלוסיות סיכון שונות: באוכלוסיה הכללית 22 , בקרב חולי סוכרת 23 ובקרב חולי היפרליפידמיה 24 .
