Istoria testului FibroTest și a BioPredictive nu face excepție.

  • 2019 : Launch of NASH-FibroTest

    NASH-FibroTest is offered as a replacement for FibroMax and is available in exactly the same way on our platform.

    NASH-FibroTest is comprised of FibroTest, ActiTest, AshTest and a new generation of diagnostic tests: NashTest 2 1 and SteatoTest 2 2 .

    NASH-FibroTest is indicated for patients with non alcoholic steato hepatitis but also for patients with chronic viral hepatitis and/or a alcoholic disease.

    NASH-FibroTest Medical Service Improvements:

    • Based on a new histological consensus 3 , updated from the new NASH definition and meeting the requirements of the new SAF scoring system 4 .
    • Does not require knowledge of the body mass index (BMI). The use of the BMI is limited by its variability due to self-reporting and the decrease in height with age. Collecting the weight and height may be an issue for the stakeholders.
    • More robust in patients with type 2 diabetes.
    • More robust in patients with hemolysis or Gilbert's syndrome.

  • 2013 : Primul test care este combinat cu elastografie

    Elasto-FibroTest 5 este primul test de diagnosticare pentru ficat care combină rezultatele testului FibroTest-ActiTest cu un rezultat de elastografie, direct de pe smartphone-ul dvs.

  • 2011 : Primul test care este combinat cu analize genetice

    Lansarea testului HCV-GenoFibroTest 6 , care anticipează răspunsul la tratamentele cu interferon pentru hepatita C; mai ales în combinație cu FibroTest și genotipul IL28b.

  • 2005 : Lansarea FibroMax

    Fibromax oferă o diagnosticare completă a stării ficatului cu o singură probă de sânge:

    • FibroTest: evaluează fibroza și ciroza hepatică
    • ActiTest: evaluează nivelul activității necroinflamatorii.
    • SteatoTest 7 : evaluarea steatozei (depozitului de ficat gras)
    • NashTest 8 : evaluează steatohepatita non-alcoolică (inflamația ficatului din cauze metabolice)
    • AshTest 9 : evaluează steatohepatita alcoolică (inflamația ficatului provocată de alcool)

  • 2003 : Lansarea în SUA

    FibroTest devine disponibil în Statele Unite ale Americii, distribuit de LabCorp, sub marca FibroSure.

    Câțiva ani mai târziu, testele BioPredictive au fost distribuite de principalele laboratoare din America de Nord.

  • 2002 : Istoria BioPredictive

    Fondare BioPredictive, liderul cercetării, dezvoltării afacerilor și distribuției FibroTest-ActiTest

  • 2001 : Invenția testului FibroTest

    FibroTest 10 dezvoltat de echipa Departamentului de hematologie al Spitalului Universitar La Pitié-Salpêtrière, Paris, Franța. Prima combinație de markeri în sânge care înlocuiește biopsia hepatică în testarea fibrozei hepatice. Patentele sunt deținute de Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris (APHP).

  • 1996 : METAVIR

    Clasificare METAVIR 11 , care separă fibroza și activitatea în evoluția histologică (biopsia) a gravității hepatopatiei.

  • 1994 : Index PGA

    Primul test 12 pentru fibroză hepatică care combină markerii obișnuiți din sânge.

Pacienții reprezintă preocuparea principală a companiei BioPredictive și sunt luați metodic în considerare în munca și abordarea noastră.

În 2002, am modernizat fișa tradițională de rezultate pentru a realiza un document de referință care poate deschide un dialog deschis între pacienți și medicii specialiști.

Inovație

Inovația face parte din ADN-ul BioPredictive.

Aceasta a devenit rutină în cadrul companiei din anul 2002:

  • Cu revoluția medicală produsă de primul test non-invaziv de diagnosticare a fibrozei/cirozei în 2002.
  • Inovația se aplică și pentru abordarea științifică: distrugerea biopsiei hepatice 10 , noile metodologii de analiză a datelor (METAVIR 11 , absența unei reguli de aur perfecte 13 , zona gri a biopsie 14 , efectul de spectru 15 ) și abordarea lor statistică întotdeauna avangardistă (obuschoswki 16 , DANA 17 , comparație directă rețele bayesiene 18 )
  • Pe lângă diagnosticare, prevenirea riscurilor generate de complicații legate de ficat (inclusiv hipertensiune portală 19 și cancer la ficat 20 ) pentru a identifica mai bine cel mai potrivit răspuns: FibroTest este primul test non-invaziv pentru ficat cu o valoare predictivă semnificativă 21 .
  • FibroTest este primul test care și-a dovedit eficiența în screeningul în masă pentru ciroză și boli ale ficatului la diferite segmente de populație expusă riscului: la populația generală 22 , printre diabetici 23 și hiperlipidemici 24 .

Calitate

Calitate cu orice preț este prioritatea principală a BioPredictive: ca tehnologie validată de peste 300 de teste clinice, FibroTest este o metodă aprobată de diagnosticare a celor mai frecvente patru cauze pentru hepatopatii, inclusiv la segmente specifice de populație: co-infectați cu HIV 25 , pacienți care au suferit un transplant 26 27 , vasculită 28 , hemofilie 29 sau ciroză biliară primitivă 30 , dar și pentru un spectru larg de vârstă, de la copii 31 la pacienți în vârstă 32 .

Calitate și siguranță: Algoritmele BioPredictive oferă instrumente de diagnosticare de încredere care oferă rezultate robuste și reproductibile cu o aplicabilitate de aproape 100% 33 .
